Architecture
Boardwalk will be a concrete and steel constructed building made up of two main sections: a six storey section along Jutland Road that continues the curvature of the Sawmill Point building and a connecting 2-storey section along the water’s edge. The 6-storey section will have retail/commercial spaces on the first two floors accessed from Jutland Road and condominium residences on the remaining upper floors. The 2-storey section along the waterfront will be condominium residences directly overlooking the waters of the Upper Harbour along the Gorge Waterway.

The architecture will take on the same modern design of the many award-winning buildings within the Selkirk Waterfront Community. Floor-to-ceiling windows will capture the views, while environmentally sensitive landscaping will enhance the aesthetic appeal of the building.

Location
Running parallel to the water, and its namesake Railspur Boardwalk, Boardwalk is located on the final and premier residential site at the Selkirk Waterfront Community. The site is currently being used for surface parking and is located next to 2940 Jutland Road.

Parking
Parking at Boardwalk takes on a slightly different meaning. For boating enthusiasts, moorage is available right at your doorstep. Kayak storage is provided in the underground parkade, with easy access to a launch ramp in front of the building. Secure bicycle storage is also included. For those who prefer to commute by car, every condominium includes one parking stall with additional parking available for purchase. Ample visitor parking is also provided.
